Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 days. Standard Shipping arrives within 4-7 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.


Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Purely Optimal, your wellness matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Not satisfied? Email support@purelyoptimal.com within 30 days with your Order # and “Refund Request.”

In most cases, no return is needed, and refunds process in 3–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos when possible.
We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Mistaken Orders & Subscription Renewals
Accidental purchases or renewals that have already shipped are usually not eligible for refunds.

Delivery Issues
For address errors, refused packages, or unclaimed deliveries:
If the package returns to us unopened, we can refund the product cost (minus shipping).
If marked delivered or not returned, we’re typically unable to refund.

Fair Use
To keep our guarantee fair, we may limit refunds in rare cases of repeated or unusual requests.
