How to Subconsciously Program Your Mind to Reach Your Goals

how to reach your goals through subconscious mind

Did you know that your subconscious mind is 30,000 times more powerful than your conscious mind?

You may think that you are the one who’s controlling your mind, when, in fact, your subconscious mind is the guiding force that leads you throughout your entire life. And you can reach your goals and achieve the things you want if you know how to program your subconscious mind.

What is subconscious?

Your subconscious is a part of your mind that automatically makes the decision making, even if you’re not actively thinking.

Therefore, it is far different from your conscious mind, which only activates when you’re at the given moment.

STEPS TO SUBCONSCIOUSLY PROGRAM YOUR MIND - so you can reach your goals

Ask yourself, what do you really want in life?

It’s hard to reach your goals if you don’t aim for something particular in life.

Imagine yourself taking a relaxing shower in the morning. After that, you groom yourself, put on some nice clothes and shoes, do your hair or makeup, and wear your favorite perfume.

Then you go outside and suddenly realize that you don’t know where to go because you don’t have any plans at all.

It’s the same reality with how you live your life. Your efforts will just go to waste if you don’t have any clear direction or path that you want to go to.

Have a master plan in your life. Think of what you want to achieve, and your purpose of achieving it.

Visualize your dream life

Goals are set through visualization and imagination.

You imagine what your life will be like once you reach your goals, then you visualize the plan of how you’re going to make it happen.

This is the reason why dream boards or vision boards are important. You can create your dream board by cutting out pictures that represent what you want to materialize in your life.

Like: pictures of your dream car from a magazine, a photo of your dream travel destination, or a picture of your ultimate dream house. Then pasting these in a big illustration board so you can see them every day to be inspired and work harder.

Goals are not always material things. You can put your family picture, or some motivational quotes to be reminded of the deeper and valuable aspects of your life that you need to take good care of.

Feed your subconscious mind with affirmations

As previously mentioned, “your subconscious is a part of your mind that automatically makes the decision making, even if you’re not actively thinking.” So you need to feed your mind with optimism and affirmation through positive culture, circle, ambiance, and mindset.

Thoughts create emotions. And if you start your day with a positive mindset, it will help you to set your day to be a great and productive one.

Because what you input and deliver to your brain is what your subconscious brain feeds upon, whether you like it or not.

A gratitude journal is also the best way to feed your subconscious with positivity. Do this by listing all the things you feel grateful for and blessed with.

Surround yourself with people who are on the same mission as you

Make it sure that your inner circle has the same intentions and positive reinforcement as you do. Because if not, your energy will just clash with theirs, and it will not be healthy for your subconscious mind. What you need is a calm, light, and spirited surrounding energy to succeed in life.

Also, never allow other people’s mistakes to lead you down the path of fear and doubt. Your life differs from theirs, so don’t assume that you will make the same mistakes as they do.

Be bold and brave. Because legends and successful people never care about what other people think of them. They just focus on their goals and work hard for it.

Don’t fear changes and adjustments

“Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.” Dodging on problems, struggles, and hardships instead of facing them will only hinder you from reaching your goals.

And since you adopt this mindset, your subconscious mind feeds on it as well. So every time you feel things are going against your way, or you feel uncomfortable, you go back to your comfort zone.

The only constant thing in this world is change. And you can’t escape from that. Have the courage to embrace adjustments, and be willing to see the unchangeable change.

Learn and accept the law of attraction

“All that we are results from what we have thought.”
Think negative thoughts, you attract negative results.
Think of positive thoughts, you attract positive results.
Because what you think; you become,
What you feel; you attract, and
What you imagine, you create. - Buddha
All of that came from your subconscious mind. Therefore, if you want to have abundance and serenity in life, it all starts with your mind.

Takeaways:

Be the energy you want to attract - your brain is built to reinforce and regulate your life. Do this by keeping your subconscious mind busy with the expectation of the best.
